Bashes by Barbie, LLC has designed the sexiest of wedding coordination packages to best serve the Bride and Groom who wants every detail of their wedding taken care of . The Bride can wear her stilettos and totally enjoy herself! You need NOT worry about a thing beginning with the planning process all the way through changing your last name and post honeymoon tasks! You make all of the choices and I, along with my team of experts will implement them!
 
Pre-Wedding Day:

6 client-planner meetings, unlimited emails and telephone calls

Vendor research/negotiations for DJ/Band, Florist, Photographer, Catering, Linens, Venues, etc and arrangement of 8 vendor meetings with Bride, Groom and planner
 
Assist with choices for food and beverages.
 
Event design, theme and décor’ assistance
 
Produce floor plan, seating charts and escort cards

Collect wedding day items such as: Marriage License, guest book, special pictures, cake knife and server, toasting flutes, favors, candles, programs, place cards, etc. for wedding day setup.
 
Practice proper stance for Bride & Groom cake cutting
 
Check in at reception site to oversee and ensure setup is as Bride requested

 

Wedding Day:
